STANDARD TENSIONERS
Our standard series of surface hydraulic tensioners offers our customers a high-quality and cost-effective solution to their tensioning needs. Designed to fit most standard flanges, the tensioners in the standard series are compact and easy to handle.
HY SERIES PUMPS
Designed for maintenance technicians, this pump is compact and weighs nearly 30 pounds less than most tensioning pumps currently on the market. These pumps feature some of our most advanced functionalities, including a digital remote and automatic pressure function.
WIND TENSIONERS
Wind tensioners are designed to provide our customers with uncompromising performance. Our single-stage tensioners are engineered to assist our customers with bolting applications that have limited clearance.

UNDERWATER TENSIONERS
COFA HYTORC’s underwater tensioners are designed for continuous use in demanding environments. They are made from high-quality materials and are easy to use. Our underwater tensioners can be tailored to a variety of sizes and budgets.
UNDERWATER HYDRAULIC PUMP
To withstand challenging offshore environments, HYTORC has taken its proven high-flow pneumatic pump and rebuilt it with stainless steel components. Additionally, Hytorc has doubled the size of the reservoir to meet underwater tensioning requirements.
HYDRAULIC TENSIONING PUMP (PES)
The PES pump is a robust tensioning pump designed to withstand rigorous conditions. It has the ability to power multiple tools without compromising performance. Reliable and delivering consistent results day after day, the PES pump is recommended for all applications, including construction, and is available in a variety of configurations.
PNEUMATIC TORQUE WRENCH PUMPS (HBT)
HBT pneumatic pumps are available in standard and high-flow options to meet your specific torque tooling needs. Each pump comes with an inline filter, regulator, and lubricator set. These pumps are easy to use, easy to maintain, and will last for years.
HAND PUMPS
Hydraulic hand pumps for tensioning tools are lightweight and mobile in design. With various pressures and capacities available, Hytorc can provide you with the flexibility you need. Our hand pumps feature built-in gauges with a unique steel handle that protects the gauge from impacts.
HYDRAULIC NUTS
Hydraulic nuts are designed to tighten large diameter bolts without causing the damage that occurs when impact wrenches are used. With hydraulic nut solutions, customers can tighten large bolts with little or no effort and do so without causing damage.
DIRECT TENSIONERS
Direct tensioners are highly useful in applications where you have limited clearance in all directions. Additionally, technicians prefer them for work at height due to their monobloc design. Direct tensioners can be customized to fit a wide range of applications.
