LiTHIUM Gun HYTORC SERIES
The Lithium Gun is a lightweight torque tool with an ergonomic handle that tightens nuts with a simple finger press. With its LCD screen and easy-to-use buttons, you can achieve tightening precision quickly. The tool captures and exports recorded tightening data to ensure tracking and quality of work done. The versatile design of this torque tool allows for quick approach speed and powerful tightening, all in one tool. When using a standard reaction arm, the tool can perform conventional bolting tasks without any issues. When used with Hytorc washersthe LITHIUM tool series offers efficient and safe clamping technology. Configured for use with the Hytorc Nut, the tool provides the greatest precision for mechanical tensioning.

INDUSTRIAL-GRADE POWER
The electric torque tool in the LITHIUM series has been designed from the ground up using aerospace-grade materials to provide a compact design offering industrial durability and power. The one-piece solid aluminum alloy frame protects the tool from damage caused by industrial work. The 36-volt battery gives you the power to tackle even the toughest joints.
DOUBLE-SPEED LITHIUM GUN
With a simple switch, the LITHIUM series switches from high-speed mode to precise final torque mode. This eliminates the need for multiple systems for the same job. The precision-machined gearbox provides consistent power without the vibrations and noise of impact guns. Adjust the power using the digital readout at the back of the gun to precisely set the output torque for any job.
TORQUE AND ANGLE TIGHTENING
The LITHIUM series simplifies angle and torque tightening more than ever. The desired torque can be entered in ft-lbs or Nm, followed by the desired angle. When you pull the trigger, the tool automatically applies the torque, pauses, and then applies the programmed angle. Once the operation is complete, the indicator at the back of the tool turns green and a short beep sounds.
MULTI-PURPOSE SYSTEM
The LITHIUM series works with all HYTORC bolting systems, including tensioning with the HYTORC nut and the new revolutionary HYTORC washer for enhanced safety, speed, and precision in all tasks.
